Lost and found

I'm full of cold and had a very busy at school.

The highlight from today has to be the Songlines Christmas Party! Boy, do we know how to have fun! It has been a lovely evening of conversation, silly dances and playing with combs to make music. The choir is such a fantastic mix of people and I have made some great friends here. I love it!

My camera has fallen out of my bag twice today. As I was getting my party goodies out of my car at choir it fell out again and the lens cap rolled off. Looking for a black lens cap on a black pavement floor in a dark car park is quite a challenge and I spent a good fifteen minutes lying on the ground looking for it under the cars nearby. I couldn't spot it and eventually gave up and went to the party. After the party my friend came back with me and shined her lights under the cars and I then spent another ten minutes lying on the ground looking for it. A couple of people did stop to check that I was ok and I confirmed that it wasn't a medical emergency just yet.. I eventually moved my car forward and found it hiding behind the wheels at the back. It was a relief! I don't recommend this as an evening activity. It's cold and wet on the ground...
