Cooper's Hawk

The Cooper's Hawk was around today and up in the large tree beside our home. The birds and squirrels all disappeared as they had filled the yard not an hour earlier. Both squirrel nests in that tree have fallen and blown away so I did not have to worry about squirrels hiding in those nests. The hawk sat in the tree for a few minutes while I took some pictures of him through the front window!
