dont forget the jalapenos

the hotel put on a buffet for breakfast with lots of local dishes. my favourite was quesadillas con pollo y queso. kind of like lasagne but with tortilla instead of pasta. each region of mexico that ive been to seems to have their own variation of ingredients.
think i ate way too much and am gonna have to drag my ass to work.

planning a hike down the mountain today to get my beloved jalapenos and the much sought after achiote paste. that should work off the breakfast.
