Two baby Kookaburras

I took this from my daughters front deck in Brisbane late in the afternoon. The Gumtree was quite a long way away but we could make out what appeared to be a mother Kookaburra feeding these two birds. By the time I got the camera she had disappeared but these two little ones were still there. I didn't realize just how young they were until I put the photo on the computer and zoomed in one them - I have put a close up of them in Blipfolio and you may be able to see the fluffy mohawk on the one on the right:) I don't think I've ever seen them this young before and they are very cute.
