Xray selfie

If you've ever had to spend hours waiting between successive x-rays, you will know the multi-tasking modern phone is a wonderful companion.

I read Pride and Prejudice and wrote a lot of work emails, exchanged selected pet photos with my fellow patient (my cats for her dogs) - and when that palled, could always fall back on the selfie.

Sadly they wouldn't allow me to photograph the fascinating pictures on the screen - all long coiling innards and vapoury, shapely bones. So I had to take my exterior instead

Looking pretty damn healthy, don't you think?
