Yes even I am surprised sometimes at the alien flowers that seem to exist in our village. This daisy must have sat through at least 2-3 frosts and it still looks fresh as summer. I'm not sure what they put in the compost around here!

I think the blossom series is probably at an end, it's getting very slim pickings as they're now starting to die off properly. It was a good run!

I've had a good day - I'm actually feeling fairly perky, though a bit tired. I can tell I still have a bit of virus hanging about but I think I've pretty much fought it off for now, which is nice! I've been able to get some serious work done today for the first time this week.
