Benefits of Man Flu

Full of man flu and as tea and sympathy was in short supply at home was up early enough to catch this sunrise. The old wives tale was also put to rest today as it turned out to be a gorgeous day despite all the shepherds warnings.

All in all despite the man flu or "slight sniff" as my dearest calls it today was quite a productive day so was well pleased with what I produced and can now spend the evening going through a man size box of tissues :-).
