Today was the Great Lyme Regis Christmas pudding race in aid of cancer research. It's in it's 2nd year and we have entered again. We came 5th last year with a slightly different team and raised about £1000.

This year the race was set out differently and was brilliant. Jayne and I headed down at 8am to help set things up. It was gorgeous down there and people were already therewith things well underway. I was also singing this year with a friend Ben which was great, I loved being back up on stage behind the mic. Didn't realise until that moment just how much I missed it.

The race itself went brilliantly, we came 2nd!!!!!!!! Just 2 seconds behind the winners who were half our age. We also won the best fancy dress. Money wise we have raised over £800 so the whole day was a huge success. Bring on next year!!!!
