Sara

I was coming up to the HQ of The Times and The Sunday Times (and The Sun, I think). The purpose was to attend a Q&A with Times journalists. So I thought, how about contacting Sara Evans, fellow Blipper and a ST staffer. So I nervously made a call, worried she might think I was a stalker. I thought it would be great to say Hello and she graciously agreed.

This would be the first time I had met a Blipper who I didn't already know in the real world. Sara is charming and we had a super chat over a coffee. I just had to take a portrait and so here it is. Hope you like it Sara!

Later I found myself on the 13th floor of the newspaper group offices. The view from the window was stunning - looking out across St Katherines Dock through the mist and murk. Three Times group journalists were discussing the future of the press. They were all extremely interesting and I particularly enjoyed meeting Matthew Parris. And we were treated to a yummy slice of cake afterwards.
