Miniature Garden
I have been having one of those days where everything seems to run away with you. When I step out for a break from the chaos it is hard to find a place of piece in surroundings made from concrete and steel. When I turned to the concrete wall damp with rain I see a small garden that has come to live. Moss has taken hold in the small cracks and holes in the concrete to create small patches of green in a otherwise dreary grey wall. We have a small carpet of these guys growing at home and one often overlook these hardy plants. Dry winters they shrivel up seemingly dead but if you spray them with just a bit of water they come back to life. I know there is probably a metaphor for life in there somewhere but I would most likely just muddle it up.
So it is my miniature cliff with soothing greenery.
