a changeable day

The journey from west to east today was one of contrasts. Clear blue sky on the west of the Pennines and fog on the east. A roundabout which I know well felt completely different when I couldn't see far ahead. A stop and a coffee got the nerves back under control and I made it to my destination.

I didn't have the chance to get many photos this afternoon but this was taken during the short time the sun managed to break through the mist.
