Winter Ball

More facepainting - this time at the Heythrop Winter Ball, which was bloody cool. We went a-sailing on a paddle steamer down the Thames, all suited and booted and happy. We had a masquerade theme and the masks were fantastic - but we chose to play facepaint. I had a splendid time, and Caroline came, and we partied on into the night. Well, we cleared up the boat and then had a long and hilarious walk in search of a taxi to go home to bed - the sort of partying the night away that I can cope with. Brilliant evening.
