grand central blurs

i spent the afternoon on the train from new haven to new york. there's always a buzz of excitement on that leg of the trip.

for some reason, whenever i'm in grand central i feel like i have to rush. maybe it's because everyone is moving at a lightning pace. as i was going up the stairs to head out into the big city i turned around and saw this shot. there were quite a few other photographers on the landing with me (all of whom had some serious equipment). gotta love all the movement you can get within a few seconds.
