Chocolate Delight

Don't you love it when you go to work and they give you a delicious two course meal?! Doesn't happen often, but it's awesome when it does!!!

Felt like a proper doctor today running round the ward, made me so scared about graduating but also grateful that we still have 1 1/2 years to go!
