Anyone for tennis?

When I left home at 8am to walk the short path through the snow to the school buildings, I was completely bowled over by the extraordinarily dynamic quality of light under a sky heavy and dark with unshed snow - creating a scene so striking and dramatic that I had to stop to take several photos. Looking at the pics later, the intensity of the light makes them look surreal and unreal like a 1940's Hollywood movie set backdrop - I keep expecting Clark Gable and Vivien Leigh to appear complete with tennis rackets! This shot, is as was taken (with my companion) which is to say unaltered in any way. See what I mean? Is it not an unearthly fairie land?
