Winter Treads! And Strava

A bit extreme but my colleague Owen has got these winter studded tyres for his folding bike!

I have used the mountain bike version and they make the unrideable relatively safe as long as you are happy to swap your tyres when things thaw.

I had a customer confess today that he crashed and broke his collar bone as a result of trying to activate his phone Strava app in his rear pocket while riding.

He has not relayed this detail to his wife.
