Home!

God, it's nice to be home. Not that I haven't had a very lovely few days but I've only slept in my own bed one night in the last week and the house shows signs of my absence: every room seems slightly deflated and any warmth comes from the central heating and not from a feeling of 'home'.

However, the job of settling back in has been made immeasurably easier by the fact that Dean has come to stay for a few days, so the house was immediately filled with hugs and laughs. However, out of sheer necessity - there was no food - we had to head out to get something to eat, so we found our way to Avanti and spent a lovely couple of hours catching up.
