Christmas Baking

It would appear that I'm going to have to resort to the ergobaby a lot if I want to get my Christmas baking done. Conor didn't fall asleep today, but he did pull my hair. I made a pavlova shell with leftover egg whites from my ill-fated attempt at panettone, then made up a kid-on panettone recipe of my own and made sweet pastry for a batch of mince pies. I also put the chocolate-covered salted popcorn well out of sight, before I eat it all.
