Elf Doughnuts!

I thought that they were rather cute! These are Charlottes doughnuts for the elves. After all Rudolph gets a carrot and Santa gets a mince pie! And it's such a simple easy idea as well!!

Been a fairly chilled day today. I spent all of it baking so I have a very happy husband! I've made shortbread, flapjack, bake wells, cinnamon cookies and carrot cake! He's put a request in for fruit loaf and Madeira cake as well! I love baking but I'm busy tomorrow so will probably make them on Saturday with Charlotte.
