A Royal Visit

On average, I visit my dear friends Derek and Rita every second week. We've known one another for what seems like ever (since the early '70s) and it's great that we are still in touch.

Tonight was a night for one of my royal visits. As usual, I had a lovely time, just chatting, having supper, and chatting some more. Naturally, the camera came along too, and I took a few shots in what I've come to think of as the X100's 'sneak' mode. This was the pick of the bunch, and gives a mere hint of the the colourful atmosphere (D & R have their Christmas tree up as usual, beautifully decorated as usual).
