Curtains, carpets and cleavages

Working at a private cosmetic clinic today. The place was going full tilt. It seems that the latest must have them installed before Christmas must have is for 'er indoors to get her charlies cantilevered.
It all seems a bit common - as someone from the 1970s would say through pursed lips.
Now I have to think of a legitimate connection with the picture - but I failed.
