Rent Ready

Possibly have another investor so back in the game for at least another house. Love wandering round these places!

This has been reduced $10k in the last few days, but still overpriced. However it is rent ready which is a big plus. 2 bedroom house in pretty much immaculate condition for a rental. (Our rentals are not slums). Has all the things we need for an easy rent - new air con, new windows, kitchen not wrecked, walls, paint, taste etc.

It's now over to the realtor and investor to see what will happen.
