Golden girl

This golden lady stands at the top of a column which is part of a fountain that forms a memorial to Charles de Kerckhove de Renterghem and I see her time I go to the sanctuary to walk one of their dogs.

Charles de Kerchove de Renterghem was the mayor of Gent for 24 years (1857-1881) .
