Elderflower Cordial

Rob picked me some Elderflowers so this afternoon I made some Elderflower Cordial, this is very concentrated and when diluted with iced water or fizzy lemonade it's so lovely and refreshing, and I'm sure some of you will have lots of other mixes up your sleeve!
