More shininess

These leaves may be dead but they still glow in the sunlight.

Had a lovely evening last night at the Sing with Pride Quiz Night. Apart from being in good company, and my team - Reindeer Warriors - coming joint third with a few other teams, one of the best things about the evening was that it was just about fun, fun, fun. Nothing serious, no politics, just some much needed fun.

And there promises to be more fun this weekend: I've been asked to take photos at the Green Party christmas fete on Saturday morning, then I'm going to be busking outside Jarrold's (big store in Norwich city centre) at 1pm with the uke society and on Sunday it's the fortnightly uke jam session followed by the Trades Council seasonal piss up party. Some of my mates from the uke society are going to be playing, which will be a hoot.

This evening Rol is working behind the bar at Take5 so I'm going to have a go at sorting out the chaos in our house which two busy, tired people and four arsey cats manage to create.

A few beers are chilling in the fridge so it won't be too unpleasant a task.
