Wooden Shjips

Headed of to Glasgow to the SWG3 to see Wooden Shjips.

All in all a bit disappointing. Most of this was down to what must have been the most appalling sound I've heard at a gig in many a long year. They were on the house PA which seemed to consist of 90% bass bins much just mushed everything up. We were beside the sound deck and the local sound guy seemed to be having a torrid time of it, shame really as I do like their lo-fi Hawkwind-esque recordings.

The Harviestouns Schiehallion on draft so it wasn't a total bust.
