Oblivious

I'm pretty sure Kenny MacAskill had no idea I was taking his photograph in the Chamber during the final stages of the Victims and Witnesses Bill. In case you're wondering, no, it isn't acceptable for Members to use cameras in the Chamber. However, when a vote is first called at this stage of the process, a division bell is rung to alert other Members to get to the chamber pronto - and crucially business is suspended for 5 minutes to allow that to happen. Cue my opportunity!!
