Homage to my horse

At the moment she is the most consistent thing in my family, give or take the odd sore foot. She always goes forwards when asked, she never stops when asked. She can open and close gates almost by herself apart from the latch. She never eats when she's being watched. She doesn't like any horse that rides out with us. She always wants to be in front. She will always try and bite you when you change her rugs and she will always try and get at any horse that passes too close to her stable. All in all she is very consistent and reliable in her responses. As for the sons...inconsistent and contrary are their middle names. Perhaps it's just the excitement of this time of year? Perhaps it's just them? And as for the cat.........
