Cabin Fever

Well we arrived bang on time for our five days four nights in our Forest Cabin in Strathyre in the Trossachs just north of Callander and when we walked in it was humongus with large vaulted ceiling it had two bedrooms on the ground floor with a beautiful bathroom/shower room along with the main living/dining area with kitchen and wood burner as well along with a lovely decked area and outside hot tub then stairs in the main living area up to a balcony that you can look down on the main open plan area I just described and into the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath and led lighting such a beautiful cabin more like a house in fact along with those huge windows that go from top to bottom and I would love to have one of these the guy who built these said they came as flat packs and he is the maintenence chap on site and one of these kits would come in at just under £50k not bad if you had a spare plot of land and I could not complain heating wise as it was roasting all week it was just a pair of shorts and tea shirt for lounging around in apart from the hot tub where we used it when it got dark with underwater lighting as well I even dared go commando on the odd occasion as well ooeeerrrr but it was just nice to relax and drink wine, beer and cider over the week I have a folio section under forest cabin and the trossachs where you can see shots from around the cabin to see for yourself so here is my first blip for the week as I play catch up so movie for the day is "The Cabin In The Woods 2012" See Ya
