I should have been enjoying a day off today in the company of the good Dr. Mackem and this lovely guy here, but it wasn't to be. The pressures at work were just too great. But I did join my two good friends and their wives for dinner this evening. It was wonderful to relax and enjoy some stimulating conversation at the end of a long and not particularly stimulating week. I've been trying to muscle in on some of their mad plans!
