Another very hot day, cycled to the South Trigg Beach for three hours or so went for a swim. Then cycled back to Scarborough for something to eat.

Went for swim on Scarborough Beach then cycled back home.

Emma, Matthew and Murray have gone to a BBQ so we are home alone. :)
