"The Housesitter"

The household is off to 'Rhouen'... maybe it should be 'ruin'... as ive been left in charge... of 2 houses..4 cats.. & 2 sparkly blue haired teenagers. After my landlady watched 'Joan of Arc' the other night.. she grabbed hubby & a couple of pals.. bought the ferry tickets... and cofidently announced that i was now " the boss".....
I returned from a long walk @ 3.45pm today.. to the smells of frying bacon & giggling sounds from the kitchen... the 2 blue hair delights had woken up a few minutes before sunset.. and were doing a fine job of burning the bacon.. but it was the contents of the omlette pan that made me enquire.. "ive never seen lumps of soap in an omlette?"... not a flinch... maybe im the strange one in this house... i do look forward to my dear landlady returning cause the mountain of dishes... is really... well.. rather too much...

The girls have been friends since nursery school.. so for them....
