Poorly Lola (again)

Lola has a really sore looking throat and her voice sounds very odd (as if her tonsils are swollen) but she's seems ok(ish) in herself and has no temperature. I feel unsure about wether I should take her to the out of hours doctor as I'm worried she's in pain.
Spent the day shopping today, the children were all at their grandparents farm. I am feeling a lot more organised but still not quite there yet !
Got home to find a huge fortnum and mason box which was sent to Steven by his boss- what a fantastic gesture !
