Today ...

… has mostly been spent in the kitchen.
Coffee mocha marble cake for my lads, rum & raisin cake for my brother, six seed bread, spicy lentil & vegetable soup for lunch, pasta with roasted tomatoes & red peppers for next week’s lunchboxes, and spag bol for dinner.
I also finished my cards, wrote a few letters and wrapped a few presents in between the usual washing and ironing.
The book is an early Christmas present to myself – deserved, I felt!
