braved the gales today to go to a 'women's workshop' in Glenruitten House- somewhere on the back roads between Oban and Connel-thinking I was off my head dedicating a day to this at this time of year and in this weather- but it was a great day for being off my head- meditation, dance, writing poetry and making a collage- now thoroughly chilled out
