Corvallis

This is A with my dear-friend-for-a-million-years, Tara (okay, maybe more like 11 years, but close enough.) We spent today in adorable Corvallis, visiting with Tara and her husband Brian (a friend and former coworker of mine at OSU - I take full credit for this fabulous love connection!) Ben and Brian played golf, while Tara, the kiddos, and I walked to the town's annual Fall Festival, and then enjoyed gelato at a campus cafe. Of course, we also drove by our old house to get that requisite bit of nostalgia in. We got back home in time to get Chinese takeout for a late dinner and play a couple of rounds of Clue as a family. It was a great Saturday!
