Women to look up to.

Our last evening was wonderful. A morning in the museum district and then late in the afternoon We met our niece and headed to The Weihnachtszauber am Gendarmenmarkt, a fabulous Christmas market with a great atmosphere. After a couple of glasses of Gluhwein we had a wander round. These two ladies towering above the crowd on stilts were drumming up trade for something and seemed to enjoy having their photo taken by many of the visitors. Later we went for dinner at a little Turkish restaurant with our niece and her boyfriend, if we had seen it on our own we would not have given it a second look but it was excellent.
Back at our apartment with a glass of wine before bed. Tomorrow we head home.
