Christmas is coming, ...

I thought of Christmas today when I saw these two turkeys. I suppose deep down they are birds (they have feathers, after all) but I shan’t be adding them to my life list. Nevertheless, they are colourful enough and listening to them the onomatopoeic verb ‘gobble’ does seem remarkably appropriate.
