Far from the madding crowd....

A day with friends on what has become an annual visit to a wonderful pub restaurant in Oare, near Faversham for our Christmas meal. Coffee in Whitsable first and a walk along the waterfront away from the busyness of the high street. Some very small though delightfully restored fisherman's cottages for hire too for a mere £75 per night. Maybe one day....

Then, eventually, back down the M20 just as the rain started. The tree is decorated but the mantelpiece can wait 'til tomorrow. Slowly the list reduces.
