Something happening??

At last we have a start to the out-of-scope works to our earthquake damage. The rock arch at the entry gate and stone wall on the boundary is under repair after nearly 3 years of waiting.

The house though, is a different story. It is going to be a long battle to get a fair and reasonable scope of works agreed with EQC I fear. It has been decreed that we are now under-cap even though earlier assessments by Arrow/Southern (no) Response indicated we are/were well-over the cap limit for the cost of repairs. Clearly, somehow the house has partially fixed itself over the last 2 years? It is going to be interesting to see how Fletchers are going to fix our place for under $100k with only walk-on access to the site!!
