House Clearing

Who would have thought I would clear three houses this year. Last push on the flat, completely emptied four rooms down to floorboards. Been decorating it for the last three months and now ready for carpets.

This is the flat the kids stayed while at University until May this year. We had furnished it out of the auction room and second hand stuff out of my house. My daughter is taking it off my hands and wanted it gutted.

It did take a lot of sorting out, finding new homes but the last of the furniture has gone for council pick up. Down three flights of steps, phew.

Hubby is a senior manager and he wanted to manage this job, but since I have done all the work and arrangements so far it wasn't possible, after he argued with me I sacked him and sent him shopping then finished it myself. Husbands eh!
