Went to Pangbourne this morning to have a look at what's been happening to Whitchurch Toll Bridge, it's been closed for ages and won't be reopening until April next year.Had quite a shock to find they have built a new footbridge so I took advantage of this and took this photo from it.Looks like they are just going to repair the old bridge as it was stripped down to the ironwork.
