Flanked by fresh orange juice and boiled egg mashed up in a cup with a bit of butter on toast, todays music is Gil Scott-Heron 'Ghetto Style' every time I listen to this I keep on thinking that this must have influenced the Beastie Boys Ill Communication album, Sureshot and Fluteloop in particular.

A lazy sunday watching the Singapore Grand Prix, spent a week there a couple of years ago. It was muggy as hell and it was the first place I had been that had air conditioning outside the front of the hotel that was very welcome. Dont miss out on a Singapore Sling at Raffles cracking old building!
