Sombre

This afternoon my dearest and I went to lay a wreath at her family grave where both her parents have had their ashes interned in a little graveyard at the parish church in the village of Old Meldrum.

The church and its grounds had in recent years became a bit scruffy but now it has been given a lift and this is the result. It has been transformed into a wonderful place and I am sure it will now continue to serve the local people for many more years to come.
