Coquette!

We saw B&B off down the road this morning, making sure they had a big bowl of parritch to sustain them.
Then it was a quick allotment visit, practically mugged by a gang of 30 or so sparrows when we put out the bird-seed. It was very encouraging to see the tips of the early broad-bean plants poking out of the soil. A promise of things to come.
M was looking for a blipbirthday photo, so we had a quick stroll up the Water; the light was lousy (real ISO 64000 weather!) and it started to rain, but, not before we had seen this Goosander female as well as several swans and a red balloon :)
