Apples and buttons

A slow start to the day today with a lack of will to get any work done before I went on the present run. Our usual location and a bit of a catch-up over a drink and a bit of cake for some and then presents swapped boots and we tried to find the right road home; one of us did better than the other!

I came home via Doddington Hall which was absolutely mobbed. I was drawn to the Bauble Barn but resisted more baubles in favour of another little tree which is now sitting on the bedroom window sill.

Cards which need to be posted tomorrow are done but work has still been avoided. Never mind; one more week to go and lots of suitably festive things on the way to Friday at 3.15.
