Homemade Bread

There is nothing like homemade bread! I love it! And as it's cooking it makes the house smell soooo good! I do cheat and use a bread maker but it still tastes pretty good!

I started baking it a few months ago in an attempt to save money. It's working! Although the bread is probably no cheaper than buying a loaf in the supermarket I don't go to the shops just for bread now and end up spending £30! It's scary how much money we've saved this way!

I've had a lazy day today! I cooked a roast but I'm still in my pjs and had a lovely nap this afternoon. I am getting too old for going out drinking! No intentions of doing that again for a while!
