Day 346: The Second Day Of Christmas

Day two of my restaurant week.

Three sittings today.

First sitting: Heaving!

Second sitting: Very Busy

Third Sitting: Dead

Which is annoying, as we need to set up for tomorrow, meaning I have to wait for one table of two to leave before I can set up for a party of 50.

Arghhh.

And Ivano is still not back.

Frustrating times!
