Christmas Shopping

Taking my last day of annual leave today was just the right idea. It gave me time to watch Nebraska, get my hair cut and to have a frankly stunning nduja sausage and artichoke pesto pizza at Pizza Pilgrims. . I went Christmas shopping for G's present too, but didn't get anywhere again.

Later on we met up with our friend Emma for dinner. We hadn't seen her in months and had a thoroughly enjoyable time at Pho. With Christmas so close it really is party time, isn't it? Thank goodness I'm getting paid early this month!
