Supernova

supernova
I've been laid low with a cold for most of the past week, my excursions limited to ten minute strolls in search of a blip. I was a bit brighter today, so at least managed to make it up to the top of the moor in the last of the afternoon sunshine.
If I'd waited another hour, I might have been rewarded with a good sunset, but I can't resist the golden light of the low winter sun, particularly when it burnishes the grasses.
I've blipped this corner of the moor before, where the divide between the rough pasture and the common land is so evident, but as always the light, weather, time of day and season mean it's rarely the same twice.
